SERVICE REPAIR ORDER PROCEDURE

Given below please find a detailed description of our showrooms service repair policies and procedures for non-warranty repairs. Should you have any further questions, comments or require additional information, please feel free to contact our showroom directly or file a request via the HelpDesk.

Each service repair order is unique and will be treated as such. Our service team is dedicated in providing the best service possible in a timely manner however some repairs are very labor intensive and due to a high repair volume repair lead times may vary.

OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIRS

DEPOSIT

A USD 150.00 service deposit per unit (excluding applicable taxes) is charged at the time of drop off and is applied to any balance due for services performed.

PROPOSAL

A written service repair estimate will be provided to client explaining the repairs necessary and in certain cases suggested repairs. The service repair estimate will include the cost (parts and labor) required to return unit to manufacturing specifications. Any service related costs are due upon receipt and acceptance of said estimate. Repairs will not commence without successful account settlement.

PROPOSAL REJECTION

Unit will be returned to showroom un-repaired should client reject estimate. Client will waive service deposit and be responsible for shipping and insurance costs from service center to showroom.

LEAD-TIME

All service cases are reviewed on a first-come-first-served basis and as spare parts are ordered from Denmark please allow for a total lead-time of as long as six to eight weeks from acceptance of service repair estimate.

SERVICE COMPLETED

All completed service repairs must be picked up by client (or other arrangements made) within thirty days upon return from service center to avoid storage fees. Shipping to client (at client’s own risk and expense) may be arranged.

SERVICE WARRANTY

Products repaired by our authorized service center are covered by warranty for six months from return from service center. Upon pick up please inspect serviced item.
