We understand that sometimes (although hopefully very seldom) our products does not live up to your expectations and that you wish to return them for a store credit or refund.

Here are our showroom return policy guidelines:

 

RETURN POLICY:

  • Unused products in sealed manufacturer’s packaging returned to our showroom with original proof of purchase within fourteen calendar days from date of purchase will receive a full refund.
  • Purchases made with credit/debit cards will have the purchase amount credited to the card used for the purchase. Purchases made with cash, check, money transfer or gift cards will receive a check refund mailed to billing address within fourteen business days.
  • Special order items, spare parts and unsealed merchandise will be subject to inspection and a restocking fee of 15% of the total invoice amount will be charged.
  • Gallery purchases are non-refundable and sold as is.
